You never said which kind of soda so I’m cool with drinking club soda or sparkling soda with no calories

I choose Big Mac
At 540 calories and 46 grams carbs, it's the healthiest burger choice.
I choose burger over soda because soda is purely empty sugar calories, about 160 per can, which would be 1,160 calories a day.
There are more in the Big Mac, but it comes with its own (questionable) nutritional value as well, like calcium, iron, fiber and protein. Remember, a diet of no protein is untenable.
You'd have to compensate for the extra daily calories, saturated fat and sodium, but most of that can be balanced with exercise. Which you can't do with no protein in the body.
So, off the cuff, I go with the Big Mac.

Can I just die now, since it seems to be the end goal regardless of which I choose...?

Wow, this is like Russian roulette where every single barrel is loaded with either diabetes or heart disease.
I chose soda, but my health would deteriorate fast if I did one of these.
