Will I ever be stronger than my addiction to cigarettes? =\

I want so much to quit smoking. I don't even really care about the extra years.. I just wish I could improve my health in the here and now and wake up feeling like a 20 year old again. And these bastard things are keeping that from me.

I used to smoke a moderate amount. I never felt compelled to smoke; it was just something that I enjoyed doing. I even stopped for like two years cold turkey just to see if I could. I only restarted smoking at that time becuase it was something that I enjoyed doing and I missed it.

I recently switched to vaping, and I'm enjoying it so much more. It may be a bit more expensive starting out because you have to buy a lot of stuff, but it does wonders for your respiratory system. You can tailor the experience to what you want out of it. If you want something that is just like it, then they have the cig-alike vaporizers that look similar to cigarettes and offer a mouth-to-lung and throat hit that is comparable to smoking cigarettes. There are a variety of flavors and other modifications that you can employ to get the best fit for you.

If you truly want to quit smoking cigarettes, then vaporizers might be for you. You still get nicotine through inhalation similar to smoking cigarettes, but without inhaling smoke from tobacco combustion. Inhaling carbon monoxide smoke along with all of the chemicals is what it truly harmful to your lungs, and that's not even counting all of the tar that's coating your lungs either. It's a similar experience to smoking that might work better for you if you haven't had much luck with gums, patches, or pharmaceuticals that may cause suicidal thoughts.

Oh, and here's a video just for thought:
