@lorne13 I'm in the middle of moving so I can't give you my exact recipe, but I can tell you it's a mix of coconut oil, activated charcoal, calcium or eggshell powder, a couple herbs, and essential oil. You can also use stevia or xylitol for sweetener if you like. There are many recipes online. 🙂

@SW-User I was skeptical when a friend told me about it, but it seems to be working. I still use my regular as well.

@bijouxbroussard it really makes sense, when you think about how charcoal is used to absorb swallowed poisons and to combat food poisoning. i bet it mops up a host of bacteria in the mouth. i'm gonna see about that...
