How many calories a day should I eat to lose weight ?
5'5", 138 lbs, female, 20 yo. Goal weight, 127 lbs ( in about two months or more )
My usual daily physical activity is light, but I do some basic exercises everyday. I started running about 3/4 kilometers a day plus the regular routine. Annnnd currently eating about 1200 calories a day.
So, what should I add ?
