Fell off the wagon.

Ate perfect all day then ate mcdonald’s and chocolate bar for dinner. LOL. I was so hungry!!

You still need to eat enough to not be hungry. Healthy fats are filling and guilt free. I could go on a rant for hours about people cutting fat out of their diet.. but I'll just say get lots of fats and make sure you eat enough throughout the day. Being healthy doesn't mean you need to be hungry. (:
