How has antidepressants affected your life?

I've got depression, anxiety, and PTSD and am going to the doctor soon to get prescribed some antidepressants. I'm a little worried, but I know its for the better.

I find that staying busy and having a hobby helps tremendously

@MarineBob and see thats my issue. I work out regularly, eat healthy, sleep the best I can, and have many hobbies, but still find myself quite depressed.
