Help

Does anyone on here struggle with hashimotos thyroidosis? I haven't gone full hypothyroid yet. (Levels are still normal) I just have the auto immune thing and want to know if it can be reversed before I'm full blown Hypo. Any tips? What do you do? Supplements?

my Mom was nuts most of my life and misdiagnosed as bi polar
turns out it was thyroid cancer ,,after they removed it she was a different woman
So I do know they have drugs that can keep chemicals right in your body ,,
You need to talk all that over with your doctor
that little gland does a lot ,and I have seen the effects of it being out of whack ,,
I hope your problem is manageable (I have an auto immune disease eating my spine so I get that too ,and knew 2 people with Lupus ,not something I would wish on my worst enemy )
Wish you well ,,please make your doctor go over your options
many people can give you advice ,but its like my back
lots of people have bad back ,but not all of our problems are the same

@SW-User Its been going on a long time and I know now what i can and can't do
from how I sit up ,or turn ,cough ,I don't take things for granted that most people do .
and thanks to pain meds my pain is bearable ,
I hope thing go well for you ,I wish you well and improved health .
After seeing what my Mom went through I tell people all the time don't take the thyroid so lightly ,it does a whole lot more then just control weight .
I am a blessed man ,people who care ,a good doctor ,and I can do what I want and nothing when I want ,and I have lived a full life
It could be worse ,I could be crippled again ,for now at least I can still walk
thank you for your kindness
