Ideal height and weight?

Graylight · 51-55, F
There is no ideal weight or height. That's a lie sold to young people everywhere. There are various guidelines, but they're unrealistic/realistic, effective/ineffective depending of the supporting research you read.

Learn to be happy with everything you are and are not. Do you feel healthy? If so, great; if not, step up with work-outs. Feel like you're getting proper nutrition, great; if not, adjust your eating plan to include leaner protein and fewer carbs. Stay away from all diet pills, cleanses, creams, injections, fads, etc. None of them work.

Don't read beauty magazines, don't believe the lies of inadequacy fed to your through advertising, don't compare yourself to others and don't seek validation from anyone but yourself. True beauty is intelligence, humor, grace and confidence. Not your bra size.

For my height, I consider 140 LBS to be ideal. But I have no idea what my weight is, haven't had the courage to step on a scale in about 3 years.

Let’s just starve ourselves and obsess over our bodies. So we can be skinny and perfect!! Right?
Fuck societies standards!

The ideal is the ratio between waste and hips
Then also the waste measure -females 80cm ideal not more

For me? I'm 5'6" and I think 130 lbs was perfect. I need to get back to that. 😑

I don't care about that, just don't be a worthless whore.

So long as you're not obese, I'm not one to complain.
