If insane people never know they're insane,

id say how others perceive you but really shouldnt give af what others say, so id just say how one communicate with others.

Really, what is insane and what is sane?
I think we all have insanity and sanity in us and it is only a problem when our insanity becomes dangerous to other people or to ourselves.
