50 normally and 140 after hyper ventilating and while holding my breath

just watch a couple of Wim Hof's youtube videos and learn about his breathing exercises and how he is able to climb mountains in his underwear because of it.
he breaks record after record and teaches people this technique for free, so if it doesnt work (it will work) you wont go broke. 👍
the reason i was able to do 140 is because i "hyper-oxygenated" my blood through hyper ventilation and the extra O2 stops my muscles from fatiguing.
