Would bad teeth be off putting to you when talking to someone?
Would it infulence how you see that person? Say on a date would it be particularly important? And were talking like yellowed and slightly worn away, maybe a slight chip.

It tells about the person care toward him/herself. Or maybe it's a problem they had and they regret it. Shouldn't judge instantly but it's awful still.
