Choice of underwear

Please is it more advisable to wear plastic pants for mild incontinence or are latex rubber ones more suitable.
The rubber ones are slightly more expensive so are they better and which of the two are the more healthy to wear all day and all night in bed too.
Advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you "Thinkbigaboutlife" but I don't understand about search bars and browsers but if you could explain in the simplest of terms I'd love to read the "Tons" that came up - as you may have gathered I'm a novice at computing but am willing to learn. Thanks again.
