Choice of underwear

Please is it more advisable to wear plastic pants for mild incontinence or are latex rubber ones more suitable.
The rubber ones are slightly more expensive so are they better and which of the two are the more healthy to wear all day and all night in bed too.
Advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.

The choice would be up to you. What works best for you? When feel my diapers might leak because I have had a really bad/long day, I use my vinyl pants over them to help stop leaks. The latex rubber ones for me keeps things nice and snug but I am to active during the day for them to work for me and as you noted they are expensive.
