Who else get anxiety and what does it feel like?
To me it feels like my stomach is getting squeezed and twisted and getting tugged on.. on top of getting whole body cold sweats.

As what @DanielChristensen says. Also, increased respirations, feeling hot, like the walls are going to cave in, like you're going to die. I've never has stomach issues with my anxiety, ever
