Any runners in here deal with plantar fasciitis? How do you deal with the injury?

Good support shoes. No barefoot. Rest. Elevate. Ice. Roll a hard small ball (size of a ball hockey ball) under the sole of your foot several times daily-about 10 minutes at a time. I had to give up soccer for a long period of time to rest it. It is fine now.

@PoetryNEmotion Thank you! This issue has been off and on for quite some time. Until recently has it become consistent. I'll try the ball idea.
@JoeBeez I feels good and helpful to the bottom of the foot to do this. You have to stretch it. And ice is good too. Good luck. You may just have to stop aggravating it. Hard to rest, but if it heals...
