Panic attack

I'm having a really bad panic attack coz me and my mate are arguing it's just a little tiff but I carnt stop panicking

You should have your dr prescribe a pill for you to help. Sometimes just having that option is helpful.

Been there done this. Panic attacks are the worse. Felt like I was dying and also like I was not really around but looking in on someone else
