Please can you share any remedies to ease muscle pains?

I spent the day with my work colleagues at a Boot Camp. The intention was to work on our team building techniques instead I am left with sore muscles from head to toe 🙄😭

Whenever you do something that you suspect will make you sore, you should always stretch afterwards. Cold showers or icing your muscles can help, too. Additionally, eating a meal with a lot of carbs and protein (ideally in a 1:1 ratio) can help a lot, especially when you wake up sore in the morning. The protein is what your muscles need to repair itself, and the insulin response from the carbs will make your body store nutrients into your muscles. And don't forget to sleep!

@Invisible Thank you, I did have a short nap but I feel like I got up worst.
