Dear experts, how do you stop?

I mean literally.
Like if there's something you are good at. Maybe even VERY GOOD at. And you're in demand, but the load never ends.

Say you're a professional and your mental state just doesn't stop so you don't quit when you're tired. You quit when you're satisfied.

When do you pause? HOW do you pause? HOW do you stop?

If the line is infinite, and you're the wind that just keeps passing. How do you relax?

Real ask.

My mental health is so capable but my body is tired. LOL

I have been a perfectionist. It doesn't let you stop before there's little scope of improvement. But that is not a practical approach in many cases.

Now I am learning to accept what is just good.

Plenty of time to rest when you’re dead

@Northwest Sure, but why waste a life you've been given by overworking?

Now that I think about it, it's like I know the answer. But the execution part even if you know it...is the real challenge.

We're basically fighting habits.

You have to set disciplined. Set boundaries and stick to them.

I'm going to do this now and at 11o'clock I'm going to stop
