How did you come to love yourself? What are you doing to help yourself?

I like myself but I am not in love with myself.
I believe there is a big difference.
I don't let myself be bullied and I have learned to set up boundaries.
I have let myself believe hard truths that if someone lies, toys with your affections, or tramples over those boundaries they are not a friend nor a lover and I let those people go quickly.

Caring for my rest, to be well rested and relaxed at all or most times..
Focusing on my well being, my health. Nutrition, shelter, to be grateful for what I have and to also allow myself to dream big, recognising as they say that,

Mainly treating myself like another person. Like I have to do/not do things that would cause me to love or respect another person.

That said, God loves us all as we are.

Helping others. That way I love myself.

I’m currently in the midst of rediscovery to love myself again…
