I Need to Take Better Care of Myself

Been away for a while, but gee it's been a hard Christmas. I ended up in hospital due to a heart attack, but was happy to get home and spend a quiet Christmas with my partner.
Haven't really celebrated it in a long time and dunno if I ever will again. It was still a nice relaxing day, without any stress.

That being said my new year resolution is to look after myself better. Can't afford to worry myself as much anymore and actually look after my health. Massive wake up call that hospital trip was.
