Worried sick

I'm pissed off at myself because once again I've stressed myself sick. I've not been handling life correctly and a stress induced illness that required surgery in the past has come back. I'm sitting here with an intermittent low grade fever & stomach pain, not looking forward to starting the medical cycle again.

And also like sorry if this is intrusive, but do you think you should change your username? I find that even little things like that can put a negative undertone on life and that's not good.

@Niloo Thank you so much, Nils. It's one of those things that crept up on me. I should have known better than keep following my lifelong habit of ignoring issues, hoping that they resolve themselves.
