@sree251 Well for starters lack of kidney stones, which I've been dealing with for the past three years. Finally able to get something done about them early February. I just feel like my body is aging faster then it should. I'm only 38 and sometimes I feel like I'm much much older T_T Dunno, why. It just is what it is, I guess.

Sorry about the stones. It's no picnic from what I hear. Having a vulnerable body is a bummer. You will just have to take more care with your diet and lifestyle.
@sree251 I have been working on getting into better shape. Been working out with a personal trainer plus daily exercise outside of the twice weekly meetings. Diet I gotta work on making sure I can cook more often instead of just tossing stuff from the freezer in the oven or microwave.
I know I'll be having a side dish of corn soon. Some friends of mine have some corn cobs they don't want so they're gonna give em to me when I see one of them for the D&D group I host tomorrow.
