Im a actually starting to look my age ( a lot closer to 30 than 20) and something about that doesn't sit right with me

Ive always looked way younger than I am and i feel like I've aged 5 years in this past 1 😭

I have more wrinkles than I expected to have at this age and yes, I also feel like they appeared all of a sudden. I noticed it last summer on my selfies when I smiled.
I look at myself and see a woman, not a girl anymore.

Accepting the body's natural process of aging is one thing, identifying yourself with its deterioration is another.
You are not the body. You don't ever grow old.
