I hope I never have to live in a nursing home.

I try my best to keep moving and keep sharp so I won't end up in one.

I've come to realize from the experiences of others that surrendering to a nursing home is a choice we make, not a fate that befalls us.

It doesn't matter how inactive you become, if living in a nursing home is not on your radar, then it isn't going to come to fruition in your reality.
