If you feel that your sense of balance is on the way out perhaps you should mention it to your GP. You aren't that old you know!

And in the meantime get a small plastic chair or stool to go in the shower cubicle.

It's easy done, I got some self adhesive anti slip dots for my bath tub after I had a near miss. Take care xx

Thank goodness you didnt go all the way. Almost had a slip myself the other day. We must be careful. :)

My biggest shower fear is slipping over and ramming my little toe right up into the faucet.
