i'll probably end up alone

[c=BF0080][i]because the only support system i have to date are my elderly parents and they live far from me....i now live alone in an apartment by myself...friends and people i knew from the past i sadly lost contact with, so i'm alone except for my elderly mother & father, i'm very close to them.....so i don't know how i'll bare it when they're no longer around?

i imagine i'll end up completely alone and might die alone...how scary is that?

i'm not looking for sympathy, just, what am i going to do? i'm now 46.[/i][/c]

Start getting involved with society. Join a club or two, volunteer for something. If religion is your thing then join a church and get involved in organising things.

Then you'll inevitably get involved with people.

Dating sites might work too. In fact you can even find friends through hook up sites, sometimes a one night stand turns into a non-sexual friendship.

And of course you might even find friends here on SW, I have found one.
