I think I found my first gray hair

@SW-User I knew a guy that went bald by his mid-20s. Really got to him. I am not really losing my hair, just gaining forehead.

@SamInAZ Started happening around my mid-20s, to the point that shaving my head was best by 30. It's even worse because my dad is 76 and has great hair still. But it comes from the mom's side and my mom's side is full of bald men 😅

@SW-User my older brother lost his hair pretty early on too. We have the same genetics, the only difference I can think of was he always wore hats & I didn't. I have heard wearing hats all the time can jumpstart the process of losing your hair. Have no idea if it is actually true, but from what I see with my brother and myself...seems legit.

@SamInAZ Possible. I played baseball most of my life, so hats are a thing for me.
