@turnedtostone Yep, I have memories of pleading not to have it put on me. I don't understand why they did it if it hurts 100 times worse than the actual scraped knee hurt. I kind of grew up not putting band aids on my cuts also though.

@Lostpoet Bandaids when I was a kid used to rip the wound wide open again when you tried to pry them off, no matter how gently. Later, they started advertising "ouch free" bandaids.
