Do any of you take collagen powder for anti aging?

I and I believe it helps my skin. I would like to hair your thoughts if you take it too. :)

Yes I did and still am using, they now come with flavors, the chocolate flavor is yummy while the peptide that hasn’t got any taste gave me gastrointestinal allergy
