So yesterday I'm walking to the bus stop ...

I'm in the apartment complex and come up on one of the neighbors and wish him a good morning - and he says "good morning young man". I have to admit it put a little spring in my step - and then I have to admit I wonder just how OLD this guy must be to think I am a young man....Still I'm putting the "young man" comment in the "win column"

Yup - and remember to pay it forward - I always tell the young guys that I supervise "good work, I wouldn't have thought of that ( I would) , or you're very Smart or Handsome (not in some creepy way, trust me) etc - to encourage them - they are shy young people and it boosts confidence - and doesn't cost a dime to do it!
