Do u take Metformin?

In addition to a diabetes drug, it is also anti-aging...a nad booster that ups energy. If u take it for that purpose, I want to know if it works for u.

I took metformin for a short period. Tt literally passed right through me, and I was told this is a common occurrence among many who take it.

But it did absolutely nothing for aging or energy. The only thing that stops aging is pausing the clock and the best way to boost energy is to move your body.

I recommend Lifespan by Dr. Sinclair. He strongly recommends M.@Graylight

I found a functional MD today who is willing to prescribe M for my sluggish mito function..it is a NAD booster .@Wiseacre

@Wiseacre You won't see me argue with a physician's advice. They have reasons for what they do. I would note this caution. In the US at least, one rotation is spent doing psych and mental health work during medical school and residency. A few months of a 4-year+ education. Doctors are smart, but nobody is an expert after less than 6 months of experience.

That has too many side affects to take if you don't have diabetes. There is a long list of drug interactions too.

I take no other drugs. Currently looking for a doctor with an open mind.@SweetMae

@Wiseacre I hope that works well for you.
