I’m overweight

Last year I spent over 90 days in rehab. And then I spent almost 5 months being in a long term hospital for mental health. I went from being 190lbs and now I weigh almost 260lbs. Medications and hardly any exercise caused me to be overweight. The last 3-4 months I have spent walking. And I’ve also developed a grueling pain in both heels of my feet. Walking is the one thing I like to do. But I can’t deal with this foot pain much longer. It hurts badly. Sometimes I can barely get up to stand and walk after resting for a bit. Mornings is when it’s the worst. I will talk to my doctor soon about the foot pain. It just sucks. I can tell I’m getting old and starting to deal with age growth pains

This sounds very much like plantar fascitis caused by tension and inflammation in the connective tissue that runs across the sole of the foot. You need to go to the doc really but if it is, gentle calf stretching exercises will help a little. You can also use a frozen ball or water bottle to roll your feet on to ease the inflammation and help release the tension but losing weight is always a good thing to do xx
