Anyone here get a hysteroscopy?

It checks for polyps or any cause of heavy bleeding in uterine lining. My sister who has labile diabetes needs to get it done, Bec they want to rule out uterine cancer😞 but she's nervous as her sugars are so sensitive, and you typically are under local or general anesthesia.
If you've had this done, what was your experience?
