Seeing a recent resurgence of teenage girls with eating disorders in Singapore

I don't know if its been investigated but these kids look skeletal. I don't know if Instagram is to blame, Singapore introduced social media rules for 16yos and under.

Then again, enforcement is always the weak point right?
