Had a health scare yesterday!
Felt off very off. Bp spiked on me and then nauseous and dizzy. Then my left arm got tingly and numb. Work wanted to call an ambulance but my boss ended up just driving me cause it was faster.
They ran an ekg, a ct scan with contrast, a chest xray, a stroke assessment and a ton of bloodwork. Came back into the room and told me nothing was showing up on tests or bloodwork but they wanted to transfer me to another hospital to get an MRI just to be sure and then transfer me back. I declined cause even with insurance I could only imagine what the bill would look like! Never been out of a hospital so fast! They disconnected me from everything and sent me on my way
