I’ve been so wiped out with this sickness my kids gave me.. 5 days of on and off fever ugh

Sore throat and sinuses hurt as well as no voice today… I woke up today so hot from my fever I threw up and just laid on the floor for awhile I just want to sleep and this is pretty much how I look today so there’s that
