I'm gonna have to figure something out

Arizona is too godd*mn expensive.

It takes a paycheck and a half every month JUST for rent, not counting all the other bills and expenses. I can't do it, especially since I have a ton of health issues that prevent me from doing overtime or having perfect attendance. It's also a very high stress job that I do, which makes my health issues worse, and doesn't allow for easy or fast recovery.

I have absolutely nothing left to save after paying rent and bills. A second job is out of the question, I am barely able to work the one I have. I'm not hot, so OnlyFans isn't ideal. I don't have any marketable talents or skills to do on the side.

This is honestly a BIG reason why I often think I'd be better off de*d than alive. No family, no friends, shit job, no other options. The answer seems obvious: take myself out of the equation.

Any side-line amounts to a second job, and is far less certain than being employed.

Any other full-time employment locally, that you could take?

Could you negotiate transferring to a less stressful position? Though of course the employer might say "less stress, less pay".

@ArishMell the only less stressful positions at my company are only available for limited times, and they require near perfect attendance, which is out of the question for me. I have been applying to other jobs for months and no luck.

@LeGrotesque A bad way to be, and I can only hope your situation will improve.

Unfortunately your case is not unusual these days, people are just trying to survive.

Have you considered trying to find a less expensive state to move to? Do you have any hobbies or interests you are passionate bout? Perhaps you could turn them into a side business. To be perfectly honest, I am gping through pretty much the same thing right now.

Valid. Arizona housing crunch pushing you out. New Mexico isn't. Also, I think health care is cheaper in NM v AZ?

Keep your head up and tackle hard. You got this 💪

@tenente New Mexico was actually my first choice, but then I met a guy in AZ and came here instead (stupid).

@LeGrotesque it's not your fault. AZ had major blue chip expansion, 1+ million Cali migrants and geographic moats around major cities = cost of living skyrocket. Your gut is telling you to make a change. You're tough you'll get through this
