Take this with a pinch of salt!

My BP was crazy for the past 5 years. It started in my early 30s. It was usually around 150/100, and the highest it ever reached was 189/110.

I refused to start medication because I was in denial, and I was only in my 30s. I also wanted a clean health record for future loan and medical insurance applications.

So I skipped white and brown sugar, kept my salt intake to quarter teaspoon a day and exercised 4 - 5 days a week. Yet, my BP was still high. Eventually, the doctors gave up and told me I should start medication or risk having a stroke.

Anyway, I decided to give it one last try. Coffee.

I am a coffee-holic. I drink 3 - 5 cups a day, sometimes even before bed. So I switched to decaf.

It’s been a month now and… my results have improved tremendously. I just checked my BP, and it was 120/84/66.

Note: I am not selling any supplements. Just wanted to share my experience, and who knows it might help someone else 💚

If you have any other remedies, please feel free to share it too!

@GoFish From time to time. I take brown rice and fruits too. Sadly they all turn to sugar in our system.

@BetweenLines fruits are high in natural sugar as well
How exactly did you do it?

Yes, regarding salt, I switched to Morton Lite Salt, which is part REAL salt and part fake chemical salt. That reduces salt intake by HALF.

I am also careful to buy sugar free peanut butter, sugar free canned yams, and NO SODIUM or low sodium canned veggies. I use Splenda instead of sugar at home, and if I am going to make sweet cornbread or custard, I sweeten the recipe with Splenda.

I take ONE caffeine capsule a day, which is the equivalent of one cup of coffee, AND I am taking Spike Protein Detox by Femetra, which contains a RAFT of herbal and natural anti-inflammatories, including Natokinase, which MILDLY lowers blood pressure.

My blood pressure was actually TOO low when they needed to find a vein at my MRI recently, so be aware that can happen.
It seems I "need" caffeine to function.

But.... I no longer can drink Cola based sodas (Coke Zero) due to osteoporosis...

And so, I too have come to love coffee.... But more than one tall cup of coffee gives me the "Jitters"....

I think I have finally found a solution..... I purchased a bag of something called CHICORY ROOT. (From Amazon)

It is a very fined ground powder that is claimed to be a caffeine free coffee substitute. And honestly...it does taste just like coffee!

So, the solution that has solved my "jitters" issue and still allows me to have my two tall cups of coffee in the morning is to mix 1/2 Chicory root with 1/2 (actual) coffee....

It's not high blood pressure just because your monitor says so. Just live right and healthy. If you kick the bucket at 40, fuck it. It's better than getting sucked into the healthcare system and live till 90.
