Baby update: First I want to say that baby is okay…

My appointment this morning didn’t go how I expected or wanted.. last week I had my anatomy scan and baby measured small which didn’t think much of it because all my babies measured small in utero I’m petite myself… but unfortunately under the 10th percentile it starts getting concerning and baby is measuring around the 5th percentile 😞 this is an indicator of intrauterine growth restriction and I will have a growth scan in a few weeks to see if baby gets back on track or if it’s growth restriction… if it is that’ll mean extra monitoring and possibly an induction between 37 and 39 weeks or bad case scenario 34 weeks at minimum… I’m praying this isn’t the case and I can still have the home birth I want but whatever gets baby here safely is what I’ll do..

And yeah I’ve been crying all morning because of stress and worry
