Hair loss tirzepatide

So I guess 4-6 months in is when you start shedding on tirzepatide. And the past month, gosh, I’ve never lost this much hair. Every bath, every time I comb. It’s stressing me out. I read that I need to go back to eating more protein which I personally find difficult to do. I’m never hungry and yesterday I didn’t eat. I kept trying to get myself to. I only want to lose like 25 more pounds and I’ll be rail thin if I do. lol. But the hair loss is making me want to quit.
