Too tired to work out..not wanting to work it out

So i seen my nutrition appointment dr today right after work. I am proud i am under the 200 pounds! Im 199.6 pounds..my goal by july 1st was be under 200..yeah its slightly under..but i did it! The nutrition dr said i need to lower my sugar and carbs...
