Too tired to work out..not wanting to work it out

So i seen my nutrition appointment dr today right after work.
I am proud i am under the 200 pounds! Im 199.6 pounds..my goal by july 1st was be under 200..yeah its slightly under..but i did it! The nutrition dr said i need to lower my sugar and carbs and start a food diary journal, and lose 50 pounds by Thanksgiving is the major goal..but unrealistic.
I am told i need to be 150 to 155 for my height, 5ft 8in and its almost IMPOSSIBLE to keep it off.
So she gave me a diet regimine and an exercise regimine. If i complete my goal by Thanksgiving, ill be where i need to be for skin removal surgery..but i plate everything she said and table it for later! I am half of what i once was! I started out 416 poubds in june of 2014..now im 199.6..what else am i doibg wrong? She says increase exercises.
I was angry with her, shes 5 ft 5in and only 98 piubds soaking wet telling me my BMI is still too high..how do u increase exercise? I walk to work, i walk home..i burn calories, count so much it makes my head hurt..then on cheat day i over eat..i hate this stupid cycle of weight-loss journey..but i work in a place where im constantly moving! Bending, squatting, pushing, pulling..she says to add cardio and strength trained resistance..like 75 piubds an hour in a pallet jack , 6 boxes every day isnt enough???!! Ugh why wasnt i just lucky to be smaller ..im top heavy and tryna enjoy my big chest but it gets in the way..may as well cut them off! Thats 50 poubds, 25 a piece! If it was easy everyone would be skinny and just not eat..im already into kale, spinach salad 😋 😉 any suggestions at this point...im trying!
