I'm very nervous for my sister

She's had labile uncontrollable diabetes for 27 years. It has started giving horrible complications in the last few years. She's nearly bed bound as the nerves on her feet are dying...her feet feel horrendous pain but numb too. It's heartbreaking that they're also becoming discolored Bec neuropathy is also caused by high sugar and low circulation. She just found out there's thickening of her heart on a recent Echocardiogram.
Diabetes can cause this. It's just another negative setback and could get serious if she doesn't get her sugar down. They say she really needs hospitalization but insurance doesn't cover it.
She talks about how she knows she's going to die soon. She says it every week. I just couldn't live without her. She's my best friend. It would be beyond crippling, I can't even think of it. I just hope we can find a new doctor to help soon.

Tell her Im asking after her.

@GovanDUNNY She has diabetes so her pancreas doesn't work normally. She's on insulin for it but it can make her sugar crash way too low too fast, so she can barely take the amount she Needs😢 Ty for video.

@Baybreeze i'm not sure i just know that he had severely high sugar lvls like in the thousands and i never even heard of such a thing before.. i can't remember if he had a foot amputated too or what 🤐 but it was really bad she was with him 6 or 7 years idk but the guy liked to eat sweets too so that couldn't have been good .. my aunt used to be tall and slender like a model even tho she had two sons but after her third son she was depressed and gained like a hundred pounds or more and never lost it.. the dude tho was super skinny.. he was like a retired chiropractor in town.. my cousin too their son is super skinny ..

@GoFish Wow, I'm sorry 😢 Right , people think diabetic are always heavy but that's typically (still not always) type 2. Type 2 is usually from the body becoming resistance to insulin, sometimes based on extra weight. Type 1 is where pancreas doesn't make any insulin at all..my mom's thin and is type 1.
I never knew sugar could go toward 1000 either. Was watching this medical examiner show just last week and they figured out a man who died of diabetes complications, his sugar must have been 1000 before he died, Bec it was 600 after death. 😮 Everyone sugar after death is 0. Wow...I thought the most was 700 for high sugar!
My sister is always around 400 , for many years. I just hope she can slightly reverse any part...we are talking to someone new today. I'm sorry again, many sympathies 🌹 Ty for sharing.
