After 9 days of not working out or excercising...

It feels good to have the motivation and energy to start back up.

Just got home from a walk. Not as long of a walk as I hoped for (only about 2 km / 1,25 miles), but my back started giving out so I had to turn back home while I was still able to move.

I don't feel bad about it tho, as I did one session of weight lifting earlier AND started a 1 year long workout routine from a book I recently bought.

(The book has different ways to get in shape each day, and it only takes 1 - 5 minutes a day, but promises to make you significantly stronger in one year. It also has room to write down how many reps or minutes you manage per day for future comparison.)
