Ever use a wrist blood pressure monitor?

The home arm cuff machine I have just squeezed my arm absurdly tight…..that gives me even more anxiety than normally. This is exhausting trying to be calm to check it.

Has anyone tried the wrist model ….?

Honestly never knew there was a wrist model. The arm cuff doesn't bother me but i have never had one squeeze my arm super tight. I'd contact the manufacturer. It might be a defective unit.
