Ever use a wrist blood pressure monitor?

The home arm cuff machine I have just squeezed my arm absurdly tight…..that gives me even more anxiety than normally. This is exhausting trying to be calm to check it.

Has anyone tried the wrist model ….?

Yes I have one, I always try to use it when I am very calm, listening to some music that I very much enjoy and in a very calm and comfortable place. I always take a few deep breaths before I do it as well. I close my eyes and I don't focus on the machine.

@Cigarguys And it doesn't squeeze too tight?
