Great news for both of us

So Link doesn't have to wear the walking cast any more. He now gets to wear a supposed brace for a few weeks. He likes this much better than the cast.

And my follow up appointment for my heart went good as well. Still on light duty and no lifting and over 10lb. And they want me to come back next Friday. And no more heart monitor either. Just my smart watch

So Link and I are going to lunch to celebrate before I take him back to school.
