What’s the worst reaction you ever have had consuming food, vaccine, medicine and or a drug?

Passed out from plummeting blood pressure. Came to hearing one paramedic say to the other, "I've never seen the bottom number smaller than the top before". Bad combination of blood pressure meds, one of those ED pills, and alcohol. Made for a hell of a first date.
