Extreme abdominal pain and pressure

Yesterday it was so bad I had to take a hydrocodone. It came out of nowhere. I thought it was a really severe menstrual cramp at first, but it didn't let up like a cramp. It just stayed locked up and incredibly painful. I could barely walk. It lasted for about an hour. The hydro took the edge off, but the pressure was still there.

There is definitely something wrong with my insides. I have a gyno appointment in May, so hopefully I can make it til then without that horrible pain coming back.

Maybe a ruptured cyst. They say the pain can be bad for some women. But at least it’s not anything to worry about if that was it. I always end up in a lot of pain for days after the gyn routine check up and once it was excruciating and they told me it was prob a ruptured cyst and there’s nothing they could do but let it pass. Ended up being a bad kidney stone. I couldn’t stand or sit in any way that helped. My back was horrible too. Is your back alright with the stomach pain?
