Im so tired of this

I slept like crazy today yet still feel tired. I had to lay down for half an hour even. My muscles feel weak and tired, I can’t focus and can’t wake up at a normal time yet often can’t sleep either. I have two months until my doctor’s appointment but thats just to get a referral. Who knows how much longer it will be to actually get help. Id got to the clinic but Im certain it wouldn’t help. Im just so tired all the time and even with soda and energy drinks I can’t feel awake.

I feel ya, that’s me too. Not to be negative, but my drs can’t even figure it out.

Maybe vitamin b12 might help you until then?

@MellyMel22 well the thing is I know whats wrong. I have extremely low cortisol levels it’s just taking ages to get a doctor for it.

@MellyMel22 Im just so tired. I used to exercise every other day and train on off days. Now Im so weak I’ve had to lay down twice today.
